Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Erasia (a brand by M/s Arjun Kataria). We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Serviceability & Shipping Areas

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to over 25,000+ pin codes across India.
  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of India.
  • Remote Locations: Please note that delivery to remote areas (e.g., North East India, J&K, Rural Interior) may take slightly longer than standard timelines.

2. Shipping Costs & COD Charges

We believe in transparent and customer-friendly pricing.

  • 100% Free Shipping: We provide Free Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum order value required.
  • No COD Fees: To encourage contactless delivery, a flat fee of ₹ 100.00 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This amount is non-refundable in the case of any return or exchange.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Working Business Days Only: Orders are processed and dispatched strictly on Working Business Days (Monday Through Saturday).
  • Non-Operational Days: We do not dispatch orders on Non-Working Days or National/Public Holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed on the next available Working Business Day.
  • Dispatch Timeline: Once processed, orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
  • COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or Call for confirmation. The order will only be dispatched after this verification is complete.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched from our Vadodara facility, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 4 Business Days.
  • Rest of India: 4 – 7 Business Days.
  • J&K / North East / Remote Areas: 7 – 10 Business Days.

Note: These are estimated timelines. M/s Arjun Kataria is not liable for delays caused by the logistics partner due to weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or other force majeure events.

5. Courier Partners & Tracking

  • We partner with trusted logistics aggregators (Shiprocket, Clickpost) and carriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, Ecom Express) to ensure safe delivery.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email and WhatsApp notification containing your Tracking Number and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website.

6. Delivery Protocol & "Open Box" Policy

  • No Open Box Delivery: Please note that our courier partners do not allow "Open Box Delivery". You may not open the package before making the payment (for COD) or accepting the delivery.
  • Tampered Packages: If you receive a package that looks tampered with, torn, or unsealed, please DO NOT accept the delivery. Refuse the package and immediately contact us at contact@erasia.co with your Order ID. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

7. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will make three (3) attempts to deliver your package. If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, the incorrect address was provided, or the phone was unreachable, the package will be returned to us (RTO).

  • Reshipping: If an order returns to us due to customer unavailability, and you request it to be shipped again, we reserve the right to process this as a new shipment.
  • Store Credit: If a Prepaid order returns to us and you do not wish for a reshipment, we will issue a Store Credit for the order amount.

8. Cancellation Policy (Shipping Context)

As per our Terms of Service:

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund/voided transaction at any time before it has been dispatched.
  • After Shipping: Once the AWB is generated and the product has left our facility, the order cannot be cancelled. You must accept the delivery and then initiate a return request under our "Store Credit Only" policy.

9. Missing Items / Damaged Products

In the rare event that your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, or if items are missing:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
  • Mandatory: For missing items or damage claims, an Unboxing Video is strictly required as proof. Without this video, courier partners will not entertain theft/damage claims, and M/s Arjun Kataria cannot offer a resolution.
