Erasia (owned and operated by M/s Arjun Kataria) operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Erasia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Refund & Exchange Policy describes the terms, conditions, and procedures regarding returns, exchanges, store credits, and cancellations when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Refund & Exchange Policy, this Policy controls with respect to the processing of returns and exchanges.
Please read this Refund & Exchange Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy and understand that Erasia operates on a strict "Store Credit and Exchange Only" basis for delivered items, while monetary refunds are reserved only for pre-dispatch cancellations.
1. Zero Monetary Refund Policy (Post-Dispatch)
M/s Arjun Kataria maintains a strict No Cash Refund Policy for all products once they have been dispatched or delivered.
- All Sales Are Final: Except for orders cancelled before dispatch (as detailed in Section 8), we do not offer refunds to original payment methods (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.) under any circumstances, including "change of mind," "incorrect size ordered," or "dislike of material."
- Exchange or Store Credit Only: In the event of a valid return request for a delivered product, the Company will offer either a Size/Product Exchange or a Store Credit Note valid for future purchases on the Erasia website.
2. Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit
To be eligible for an exchange or credit note, the customer must adhere to the following strict criteria:
- 7-Day Window: The return request must be logged via email within 7 calendar days of the delivery date as recorded by our logistics partner. Requests received after this period will be rejected.
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from any odors (perfume, smoke, dampness) or pet hair.
- Tags & Packaging: All M/s Arjun Kataria/Erasia tags must remain attached in their original condition. The item must be returned in its original clear packaging.
- Hygiene Protocol: As a brand specializing in children's wear, we maintain strict hygiene standards. Any item appearing worn, stretched, or tested beyond a visual inspection will be rejected upon quality check (QC).
Right of Refusal: M/s Arjun Kataria reserves the absolute right to reject any return that does not pass our internal Quality Check (QC). Rejected items will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
3. Defective or Damaged Items (Mandatory Proof)
To protect the Company against fraudulent claims, the following procedure is mandatory for reporting defects:
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: The customer must record an unedited, continuous video while opening the package. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the sealed condition of the packet, and the defect immediately upon removal.
- No Video, No Claim: Claims of missing items, damage, or wrong products will not be entertained without this video proof.
- Resolution: If the defect is verified by M/s Arjun Kataria, we will provide a free replacement. If the stock is unavailable, a full Store Credit will be issued.
4. Return Request Expiry & Handover Timeline (Strict Clause)
Once a return or exchange request is approved by our team, the return process must be completed promptly.
- 7-Day Handover Deadline: You must hand over the product to our logistics partner (or dispatch it, if self-shipping is approved) within 7 days of the Return Approval date.
- Failure to Handover: If the product is not handed over to the courier or received by us within this 7-day window due to customer delay or unavailability, the Return Request will be automatically cancelled.
- Final Sale: In such cases, the sale will be considered final. No further return or exchange requests will be entertained for the same Order ID, and the ticket will be permanently closed.
5. Non-Returnable Categories
The following are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Clearance, "Flash Sale," or discounted items.
- Accessories (e.g., hairbands, socks) due to hygiene regulations.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Gift Cards.
6. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Customer Liabilities: For all "change of mind" or size exchange requests, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our designated warehouse. Incase the product does not reach
- Forward Shipping: Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges and COD (Cash on Delivery) fees paid at the time of the order are strictly non-refundable. Store Credit will be issued only for the product value.
7. Store Credit Terms
- Validity: Store Credit issued by M/s Arjun Kataria is valid for 365 days from the date of issuance.
- Scope: Credit can be used for any product on the Erasia website.
- Non-Transferable: Credit is linked to the registered customer's account/email and cannot be transferred or encashed.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Shipment (Full Refund): You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In this specific case, a full monetary refund will be initiated to your original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Post-Shipment (No Refund): Once the order has been shipped (i.e., a tracking number has been generated or the package handed to the courier), cancellation and monetary refunds are strictly not possible.
- Procedure for Shipped Orders: If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you must accept the delivery and then initiate a return request under the standard "Store Credit / Exchange" policy. Refusing delivery at the doorstep may result in the deduction of two-way shipping charges from your Store Credit. Refusing delivery at the doorstep or failing to pay the COD amount will result in the permanent blacklisting of the customer account. Future orders will only be accepted via prepaid modes.
9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
- Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes or legal disagreements arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the Erasia platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India..
- Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or dispute with a payment provider for a valid transaction where Store Credit was offered constitutes a breach of these terms. M/s Arjun Kataria will contest such disputes using this agreed-upon policy as evidence.
10. How to Process a Request
- Contact our support team at contact@erasia.co within 7 days.
- Subject Line: Return Request - Order #[Number].
- Wait for approval. Do not ship items specifically to the registered office of M/s Arjun Kataria without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, as our warehouse location may differ.
- Ship the product to the address provided in the approval email.
